Although we are confident of the products that we sell, unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong. We hope you will not need to use it, but just in case, your warranty details are below.
Refurbished iPhone OEM LCDs’ come with a 12 months *Manufacturer Warranty.
Aftermarket (Copies) LCDs’ come with a 6 month *Manufacturer Warranty.
Samsung Service Packs’ comes with a 12 months *^Manufacturer Warranty.
Refurbished Samsung LCDs’ comes with a 12 month *Manufacturer Warranty.
**Accessories’ come with a 30 day Manufacturer Warranty.
For fault(s) within the 14 days return period, customer(s) will be entitled to a full refund of the item(s) or exchange. For fault(s) which occur outside the 14 days returns period, but within the Manufacturer Warranty period, will be at the discretion of Screens 4U HQ to either fix the fault in question or for the item to be exchanged. If the item(s) cannot be fixed, deemed BER (Beyond Economical Repair), exchanged, or becomes discontinued, Screens 4U HQ will offer a like for like replacement. Please contact us via email on Returns@screens4uhq.co.uk before sending any faulty item(s). Please also be reminded that any item(s) that needs to be sent back to us is the responsibility of the customer until Screen 4U HQ accepts delivery. Our Returns Policy advises on how this should be done.
*A Manufacturer Warranty fault covers problems or faults which has occurred on the hardware on its own accord. Any items which may have been deemed to have, or fault(s) which have been caused by, but not limited to, accidental, malicious, liquid or self-repair damage, will not be covered under the Manufacturer Warranty.
*^ Samsung Service Pack Manufacturer Warranty covers the definition of Screens 4u HQ *Manufacturer Warranty but only if the entire LCD is completely blank or the touch becomes unresponsive.
**Please note, Screens 4U HQ are unable to give warranties for Accessories’ which are specifically sourced.
