Terms of Business

 

Any reference to “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Screens 4U HQ and references to “you” and “your” are references to you (“The Customer”).

 

  1.  All items are subjected to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  2.  Item(s) may be sold in non-retail packaging.
  3.  Order(s) may result in delays if information is missing and or filled incorrectly.
  4.  Order(s) will not be dispatched until full payment (unless discussed otherwise) has been received by Screens 4U HQ.
  5.  Screens 4U HQ has opted for the “BACS & Faster Payments” method to accept payment(s) for order(s). Customers are now able to use Debit/Credit cards as payment for their order(s) through Screens 4U HQ Invoices. We will be looking to accept online orders through our website in the near future.  
  6.  Any item(s) ordered and paid for, which is out of stock, will be refunded to the customer(s) account unless discussed otherwise.
  7.  Any refunded amount will be sent back to the same account payment was initially made from.
  8.  Screens 4U HQ reserves the right to amend pricing for any item(s) at any time without giving prior notice.
  9.  Screens 4U HQ reserves the right to amend or cancel any order(s), at any time, due to, but not limited to, pricing error(s). Any payment(s) which have already been made towards a cancelled or withdrawn order(s) will be refunded immediately unless discussed otherwise.
  10.  The acceptance of said order(s) made from you (The Customer) to Screens 4U HQ, will be when the order(s) has been dispatched for delivery with a Screens 4U HQ courier service. Up until then, Screens 4U HQ reserves the right to cancel and/or amend any order(s), refunding any payments accordingly which has already been made.
  11.  For any error(s) with order(s), please contact us as soon as possible. It may not always be possible to amend any order(s) past our Late Orders time on said day.
  12.  Screens 4U HQ reserves the right to change or amend Supplier(s), Distributor(s) and or Delivery Partner(s) at any time without giving any prior notice.
  13.  For missing or damaged item(s) during transit, please email Returns@screens4uhq.co.uk within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery.
  14.  Screens 4U HQ offers a 14 days peace of mind Returns Policy. Customers are free to return order(s) 14 days from when they receive their delivery. (Please see Screens 4U HQ Return Policy for more details).
  15.  Any order(s) or item(s) returned, unless faulty within the first 14 days of acceptance of delivery, will be at the expense of the customer. (Please see Screens 4U HQ Return Policy for more details).
  16.  Item(s) returned must be sent back in its original packaging, and undamaged. (Please see Screens 4U HQ Return Policy for more details).
  17.  Item(s) returned must not have any faults relating to Consumer Damaged. (Please see Screens 4U HQ Return Policy for more details).
  18.  Screens 4U HQ Late Orders cut off point is 17:00 hrs, Monday-Friday (Subject to change). Screens 4U HQ reserves the right to change or amend its Late Orders cut off point at any time without giving any prior notice. Any order(s) received after Late Orders cut off point on said day, may be sent out the following working day.
  19.  For free delivery, order(s) must reach qualifying spend. (Please see Screens 4U HQ Delivery Policy for more details).
  20.  Screens 4U HQ’s products are sold on a Business to Business basis. As we do our best to differentiate between businesses and consumers, these methods may not always be successful. Therefore, if a consumer leads Screens 4U HQ under false pretences and/or misleads Screens 4U HQ with missing or incorrect information to the purchases of goods, they will relinquish their rights as a consumer and be held to the same Terms of Services as a business.
  21.  Standard charges apply for calls and messages. Please check with your service provider for more details.
  22.  Screens 4U HQ’s entire liability, and that of its employees, which may arise in relations of its website, services or in connection with its agreement (including breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) is limited to the total fees which you have paid to Screens 4U HQ, in the calendar month prior to the raised claim.
  23.  Screens 4U HQ shall not be held liable for causes including its own negligence for:
    1. Losses that were not caused by our breach of these Terms
    2. Economic losses, relating to any business of yours or your customers, including but not limited to, loss of profits/income/revenue, loss of opportunity and or contracts
    3. Loss or corruption of data stored on any device or inability to access data
    4. Loss of reputation
  24.  Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for (a) death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, (b) fraudulent misrepresentation, (c) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

 

This contract will be made under English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
