Deliveries

  1.  All deliveries are subjected to stock availability and delivery location.
  2.  Order(s) are for UK mainland customers only. (International orders will be accepted in the near future).
  3.  Screens 4U HQ uses DHL and Royal Mail as its courier service. Screens 4U HQ holds the right to change courier services at any time to whom we deem fit without giving prior notice.
  4.  A single order consists of a shipping weight of up 25kg. Any order(s) above this weight limit may be added to a separate order at the discretion of Screens 4U HQ, which may result in additional delivery charges. 
  5.  Single order(s) under £150, (excluding delivery charges), will be subjected to a £5.99 delivery charge. (Mon-Fri deliveries only. Excludes Weekends, Public Holidays, remote locations and some postcodes)
  6.  Single order(s) of £150 or over, (excluding delivery charges), are subjected to free delivery. (Mon-Fri deliveries only. Excludes Weekends, Public Holidays, remote locations and some postcodes).
  7.  Weekends and Public Holidays deliveries are subject to availability upon request. (Please note, this may incur a higher delivery charge). Order(s) of £150 or over during these times will not be subjected to free delivery, but a discount of £5.99 + VAT off the delivery charge. (Excludes remote locations and some postcodes). Please contact us for more info.
  8.  To qualify for next day delivery, order(s) must be completed by our Late Orders Time of 17:00 on said working day. (Due to Covid-19 lockdown, some delivery services beyond our control may be disrupted. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences this may caused).
  9.  Order(s) completed after our Late Orders Time of 17:00, may be sent out the following working day. (Due to Covid-19 lockdown, some delivery services beyond our control may be disrupted. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences this may caused).
  10.  Order(s) received on Weekends and Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day for next day delivery.
  11.  Any dates given for deliveries, is an estimate only and not guaranteed. Screens 4U HQ relies on a 3rd party couriers and will not be held liable for any delays in the delivery of order(s).
  12.  Every effort will be made by Screens 4U HQ, to have each and every order dispatched and delivered to you within the estimated time frame. However, Screens 4U HQ will not be held liable for any compensation, damage of reputation or loss of business and or income incurred by you, as a result of a delayed or loss delivery.
  13.  Any order(s) which are undelivered from the attempts of DHL or Royal Mail may be returned back to Screens 4U HQ. Any cost incurred from this, may be taken out of the customers refunded amount. This also includes initial shipping costs for customer(s) who qualify for free delivery.
