Returns
- Screens 4U HQ offers a 14 days peace of mind returns policy. Customers are free to return order(s) 14 days from when they receive their delivery.
- Any item(s) which is deemed to be faulty within the first 14 days of delivery will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
- Customer(s) who wish to return item(s), must contact Screen 4U HQ via email at Returns@screens4uhq.co.uk within 14 days of acceptances of delivery.
- Once Screens 4U HQ has instructed the customer with details of the return, the customer has 14 days from said date to send all relevant item(s) back to Screens 4U HQ.
- Any item(s) returned, remains the responsibility of the customer until Screens 4U HQ accepts delivery.
- Screens 4U HQ will not be responsible or be held liable for any item(s) missing or damaged during transit which has been sent from the customer.
- Screens 4U HQ advises each and every customer which wishes to return an item(s), to use a reputable courier and to also use their tracking and insured services. It is also the customer’s responsibility to use appropriate material for packaging and padding to limit any damage to the item(s) during transit.
- Item(s) must be returned in the same like condition when item(s) was received by the customer.
- Item(s) returned must have no damage such as, but not limited to, cracks, chips, scratches and water damage. Item(s) must also be sent back in its original packaging.
- Screens 4U HQ will inspect each item returned. Any item(s) returned which is deemed as Consumer Damage, such as, but not limited to, accidental, malicious, liquids and or self-repair damage, may not be eligible for a refund, or may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the amount paid for said item. This will be at the discretion of Screen 4U HQ.
- Any returned item(s) which has been deemed Consumer Damaged, and not eligible for a refund may be disposed of or sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Processing of refunds will be made as soon as possible, however, this may take up to 14 working days from the day Screens 4U HQ receives returned item(s).
- Any order(s) or item(s) returned, unless faulty within the first 14 days of acceptance of delivery, will be at the expense of the customer.
- Customer(s) will receive a refund minus the delivery charge for unwanted returned order(s). Customer(s) who qualify for free delivery will receive a refund minus delivery charge paid by Screen 4U HQ.
- Customer(s) who qualifies for free delivery but subsequently returns unwanted item(s), may be charged a delivery fee if said order amount falls below the £150 free delivery threshold. Delivery charge may be taken out of the payable refund.
- Any refund(s) will be sent to the same account payment was initially made from.
